  • Monday: Cardio Tennis workout and tennis drills from 10:30-11:15 a.m.
  • Monday: 4.0/4.5 Ladies 9:00-10:30 a.m.
  • Monday; 3.0/3.5 Ladies 9:00-10:30 a.m.
  • Wednesday: 3.5 Ladies 9:00-10:30 a.m.
  • Friday:  3.0/3.5 Ladies 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: Cardio Tennis workout from 10:00-11:00 (seasonal)
  • We will help you integrate into our many groups of players
  • WTT Leagues, USTA Adult Leagues, USPTA League
