Cardio Tennis Clinics

Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by Beth, Sean and Eric, Cardio Tennis includes a warm up, speed and agility drills, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis.

Cardio 101: Starter/beginner . Saturday 12:00-12:30 p.m.

Cardio Fit: Thirty-minute core-strength training, followed by 30-minute Cardio Tennis class on court. Monday 10:15-11:15 a.m.

Power Cardio: 2.5-Plus USTA rated players. Saturday 10:00-11:00 a.m. (seasonal))

Men's 3.5-Plus Cardio Tennis. Saturday 8:00-9:30 a.m.

Ladies 4.0-Plus Cardio Tennis: To challenge the advanced ladies. Ilya TBA

Private Cardio Classes: For teams and groups. Contact your favorite pro!

Cardio4Kids: Combined with the Quick-Start Play Format;age specific. TBA
