Tennis Professional
Coach Carter has been a Tennis Professional at the Falls for two years. He also is the head tennis coach at Monterey High School after serving for thirty five years at Coronado High School. As a high school coach, his teams have won twenty-one district championships, three individual state doubles titles, and one team state championship, and five runner up finishes at the state tournament. He was twice voted AAAAA Coach of the Year by the TTCA and was inducted into TTCA Hall of Fame in 1992. in 2004, Coach Carter was voted Texas Coach of the Year by the National High School Coaches Association.
