Eric Huntley

Director of Tennis
Eric has been with the Falls Tennis and Athletic Club since its inception in October, 2003. He oversees the entire tennis program including the lessons, leagues, events, junior programs and summer camps. Eric has been playing tennis for thirty eight years, and teaching for twenty four years. Prior to coming to the Falls he was the Tennis Director at LakeRidge Country Club. Eric is a member of the USPTA and PTR, a graduate of Texas Tech University and a veteran of the United States Air Force. Below are some of Eric’s credits and positions.

  • Organized USPTA Junior Grand Prix tournaments for Lubbock, TX
  • USTA Area Training Center Head Coach for Lubbock/Amarillo Juniors
  • Coordinator of USPTA Adult League for Lubbock, TX
  • USTA/NTRP Head Verifier for Lubbock, TX
  • Certified USTA Tournament Director.
  • Organizer and Director of Make A Wish Benefit Pro-Am
  • Coached numerous nationally and state ranked junior players
  • Board member of the South Plains Tennis Association
  • Co-founder of the Southwest Tennis Academy
