Aaron has over 10 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer with extensive knowledge in multiple training techniques. Be it weight loss and toning, strength and size development, or athletic enhancement, Aaron has the knowledge and experience to help you get where you need to go. Aaron's background includes competitive cycling, as well as strength training. Many beginners come to Aaron for weight loss, strength training and toning, while some experienced clients come for more advanced training programs. His clients range in age from teenagers through senior citizens—men and women. Whatever the client’s interest, Aaron is skilled at developing a workout program customized to meet individual needs and goals. For clients with pre-existing conditions, such as asthma or back issues, he designs weight-training sequences to accommodate, and even counteract, such problems. Aaron challenges his clients to advance within their own levels of capability as they improve their level of fitness. He guides his clients with great care and safety, and presents a variety of fitness techniques to keep workouts interesting. Several of Aaron’s clients continue with him for many years as they continue to see results, the result of his motivation and continuous challenge. Aaron points out that fitness is an ongoing process, not a quick fix. To create the results most clients seek, Aaron advocates consistent development of muscle strength through a whole body weight-training regimen, which varies over time; proper form; building endurance through cardiovascular exercise; and following a tailored nutrition plan. Aaron is certified by The Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research.
