Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to
give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout.
Taught by Beth, Sean and Eric, Cardio Tennis includes a warm up,
speed and agility drills, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If
you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn
calories, you must try Cardio Tennis.
- Cardio Fit: Thirty-minute core-strength training,
- Followed by 30-minute Cardio Tennis class on court.

- Wednesday 11:15-12:00 P.M.
- Power Cardio: 2.5-Plus USTA rated players.
- Saturday 10:00-10:45 A.M. (seasonal)
- Men's 3.5-Plus Cardio Tennis.
- Saturday 8:00-9:30 A.M.
- Ladies 4.0-Plus Cardio Tennis: To challenge the advanced ladies.
